Veteran Housing Community
Our flagship initiative — a purpose-built, sustainable housing community designed from the ground up for homeless and disabled veterans. Every square foot has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility, dignity, and long-term wellbeing in mind.

Mixed-Use Development
A multi-phase mixed-use development combining residential units with ground-floor retail and community space. Morgan Davonn served as the primary project manager, coordinating architects, contractors, city permitting, and stakeholder communications across 18 months of development.
