Jessica Morrison
Founder & CEO
Jessica is a commissioned Notary Public in Florida.
My mother's unwavering commitment to public service instilled in me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those who serve our communities and a profound respect for their sacrifices. Her example taught me the importance of compassion, fairness, and unwavering support—qualities I strive to embody in my own leadership.
This dedication to service is deeply ingrained in my family. I met my father when I was 19, and learned that he had served in the Marines, while his brother served in the Army. My husband, Matthew, also comes from a family with a strong tradition of public service. His father was a Seabee in the Navy and later worked in a government agency. His older brother is currently serving in the Air Force.
Together, we founded Morgan Davonn Development Group, a name inspired by the middle names of our two wonderful children who continue to motivate us in this endeavor. At MDG, we're driven by a heartfelt mission to provide veterans with more than just homes; we aim to create a true sense of community and belonging. My background in project management ensures meticulous attention to every detail, while Matthew's real estate expertise and project management skills guarantee flawless execution. We invite you to learn more about our initiatives and discover how you can support our mission to build a brighter future for our veterans.

But beyond his professional achievements, it's Matthew's collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to our mission that truly set him apart. He's an invaluable leader who inspires our team and drives our vision forward, always upholding the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
Matthew is a dedicated family man, sharing his life with his wife, Founder/CEO Jessica Morrison, and their two beloved children.
