Founder & CEO
Jessica is a commissioned Notary Public in Florida.
Jessica Morrison leads Morgan Davonn with vision, organization, and purpose. Inspired by her mother’s commitment to public service, Jessica developed a deep respect for those who serve their communities. Together with Matthew Cooper, she founded Morgan Davonn, a name inspired by the middle names of their two children.
With a background in project management, business operations, and planning, Jessica helps shape the company’s mission of reliable service, meaningful impact, and careful attention to every detail.
Matthew Cooper
Co-Founder & COO/CFO
Matt is a licensed Realtor.
Matthew Cooper brings years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, project coordination, and real estate. With a genuine passion for building and a strong eye for detail, Matthew helps lead field operations and ensures each project is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
His collaborative spirit, practical experience, and dedication to Morgan Davonn’s mission help bring structure, quality, and follow-through to every project.
David Wedlock
DIRECTOR OF VETERAN AFFAIRS
David Wedlock supports Morgan Davonn’s veteran-focused mission through leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. With 22 years of military service and multiple years of experience advocating in veteran support programs, David brings compassion, understanding, and dedication to this important work.
His warm and approachable demeanor helps create a safe environment where veterans feel comfortable sharing their experiences, accessing support, and working toward a brighter future.
