My mother's unwavering commitment to public service instilled in me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those who serve our communities. Together with Matthew, we founded Morgan Davonn Development Group—a name inspired by the middle names of our two wonderful children. My background in project management ensures meticulous attention to every detail.
Matthew Cooper
Co-Founder & COO
Matthew brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for building. With his real estate license and years of expertise in project management, he ensures that every detail of our communities is executed flawlessly. His collaborative spirit and unwavering dedication to the mission truly set him apart.
David Wedlock
Director of Veteran Affairs
David is a true champion for our veterans, with 22 years of military service and multiple years of advocating in veteran support programs. His warm and approachable demeanor creates a safe environment where veterans feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards a brighter future.
