Together with Matthew, we founded Morgan Davonn Development Group—a name inspired by the middle names of our two wonderful children. My background in project management ensures meticulous attention to every detail.
Matthew Cooper

Matthew brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for building. With his real estate license and years of expertise in project management, he ensures that every detail of our communities is executed flawlessly. Director of Veteran Affairs
